- 1.the fact or condition of being accountable; responsibility."their lack of accountability has corroded public respect"
Accountability has long since been my biggest struggle. Not necessarily across the board, I'm accountable with my kids and husband, but as far as to myself it is quite possibly my biggest weakness. Starting this blog is my way to finally be accountable to myself. I plan to lay out my goals here and then document the process of achieving these milestones step-by-step.synonyms: responsibility, liability, answerability For sometime now I have been neglecting myself and I know that it has to stop....NOW!! I can see how quickly i could totally lose my sense of self and i want to be a better example for my kids and be a better spouse for my husband. Nobody likes a door-mat. It is time for Mommy to shape-up and get my health, looks, determination, fashion, and confidence back.So here goes my ambitious yet doable goals....Starting November 1 - 75 days of working out/physical activity
(Everyday from now till we go to Hawaii!)
No more soda
(This is a major vice of mine.)
Vitamins daily
80 ounces of water daily
Run a 5k
Push-ups and pull-ups
Clean(er) eating
And obviously hopefully lose weight, get stronger, and tone all over.
Lofty goals but as my husband says go BIG or go home!!!
